Jason Kipness

Jason Kipness joined Murphy Legal in 2022 as a member of the firm’s trial and litigation team. Mr. Kipness has over twenty years’ experience in litigating and trying cases in the State of Texas.

Jason has extensive experience defending clients involved in transportation accident, “non-subscriber” employee work accident, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

He has had success securing favorable verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements on behalf of individuals and entities ranging in size from small, family held businesses to publicly traded corporations in the manufacturing, transportation, food, insurance, construction, healthcare and retail sectors.
