Jason Kipness
Jason Kipness joined Murphy Legal in 2022 as a member of the firm’s trial and litigation team. Mr. Kipness has over twenty years of experience in litigating and trying cases in the State of Texas.
Jason has extensive experience defending clients involved in “non-subscriber” employee work accidents, transportation accidents, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.
He has had success securing favorable verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements on behalf of individuals and entities ranging in size from small, family held businesses to publicly traded corporations in the manufacturing, transportation, food, insurance, construction, healthcare and retail sectors.
Jason enjoys spending time watching his son play football and lacrosse, salt-water fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, beach vacations and following the Texas Longhorns.
